Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Products can be returned within seven days from the date of order receipt.

2. Exclusions:

• Samples are not eligible for return.

• Orders from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia cannot be returned.

3. Conditions for Returns:

• Gifts must be returned along with the order in their original condition for your request to be accepted.

• Delivery and cash-on-delivery service fees are non-refundable. A fee will be deducted if you choose to return a product upon delivery.

4. Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued for the value of the products only, excluding the Cash on Delivery fee and Shipping fee.

• For payments made via credit/debit card, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase within 10 business days.

• Cash-on-delivery payments will receive an online voucher.

5. Flexibility and Monitoring:

While we aim to provide a flexible return policy, we reserve the right to refuse excessive returns.

6. Gift Returns:

If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service for assistance. While the amount paid for gifted products cannot be refunded, you can receive a voucher for the amount paid or exchange the items as per our policies.
